I looked at just 2 of your videies men on a train track to much shake and movement use a tripod

modern film, indie and big budget Hollywood movies nowadays don't use steady shot at all, as for me I watch movies a lot, so that is why I decided that I would do some movement in all the shots, so they could be a great cutaway for modern video styles, I think tripod is old school

Really well good luck

I guess the majority here are old school. Good luck with your modern ideas.

Many agencies will not accept unsteady clips. Like you said "Indie" not as much mainstream movies. But then again you said you are new here, it sounds like you really don't want advise. Most clips are not used in mega million dollar movies. Can easily put movement back in to match the rest of the production. If the movement doesn't match the rest of the production they will not buy it. Those who have been shooting stock for years or decades will almost across the board tell you to stabilize the shots. But then do as you please, real shaky handheld will not put much pressure as far as competition, thanks for the help ;)

It is not like my camera movements are extremely shake, but I believe that in the shots like I have where the Shadow figure appears in the window and then camera follows it's movements the little camera movement is the best way to film it, because with this style I try to make a more horror look to the shot. I understand why I should use tripod, and for some shots I did I use it, but when on the other hand there is a shot where the girl is walking near the lake - I believe that this shot looks better when camera follow the girl, not when it is just steady shot.

video 1 - video1

vide with the girl - girl

The best thing to do as you ask the forum for advice then when you receive it you argue against it, is to drop an email to pond 5 and see what they say shaky or steady i know the answer but pond5 will clarify it for you

I perfectly understand that people here say that videos from tripod are best selling and I understand why, but I just want to clarify that in my opinion there is both sides and audience for everything, and I think there is a lot of people looking for moving shots, not just steady ones. - maybe they want to do some action edit, and the tripod shot is just not to go for them.

@ megakruts Here are some stats. Out of the millions of video clips, Pond5 has online only 9,408 are handheld and only 203 of those have ever sold. Now that should tell something but I doubt any of those stats will lodge in your gray matter.

Maybe you should spend some time looking at what has sold and for what prices.
