Bill is a retired lawyer and lifelong musician. He started playing in rock n' roll bands age age 11 in 1964. In his college days, he wrote the score for 2 musicals that were presented at the University of Toledo. Presently he plays with the North Coast Concert and Big Bands. He is the current president of the board of directors of the concert band. He has music in over 60 television shows at the present time.
