Altea
Altea is a city and municipality located in the province of Alicante, Spain, north of Alicante on the section of Mediterranean coast called the Costa Blanca.
Alicante
The area around Alicante has been inhabited for over 7000 years. The first tribes of hunter-gatherers moved down gradually from Central Europe between 5000 and 3000 BC. Some of the earliest settlements were made on the slopes of Mount Benacantil.
Baia dei Turchi
A heavenly white beach, nestled in the cliff, embellished with the scented Mediterranean scrub and in the shade of the pine forest. In the area of Otranto, the Baia dei Turchi (the Bay of the Turks) is part of the protected Oasis of Alimini Lakes and boasts the Blue Flag and 5 Sails of Legambiente.
Benidorm
Benidorm has been a tourist destination within Spain since 1925, when its port was extended and the first hotels were built. However, the real "boom" of Benidorm as a coastal resort did not happen until the 1950s, when it became a famous summer destination for people coming from inland Spain, especially Madrid.
Calpe
Calpe is a city of the Costa Blanca focused mainly in tourism .This villa of Spain is located in the map, 64 kilometers north of Alicante and 122 kilometers south of Valencia. Sitting next to its famous rock (Ifach) and on a hill of Sierra Bernia, a spectacular geographical feature that allows the connection between the southern towns of La Marina.
Eibsee
The crystal-clear, deep blue and sparkling waters of the Eibsee, a jewel in the Werdenfels region, is delightfully embedded in the rocky landscape at an altitude of 1,000 metres. 2.40 km long, 850 m wide and up to 32.5 m deep (depending on the water level), it has eight islets dotted around its northern side.
Farchant
The Kuhflucht Waterfalls in Farchant near the base of the Zugspitze. The Kuhflucht Waterfalls are actually a group of three waterfalls. The three falls drop a total of approx. 270 meters (886 feet), placing them among the highest in Germany.
Partnachklamm
The moment when you enter the Partnach Gorge and you find yourself surrounded by massive rock faces hardly compares to anything else. You hear the water rushing through the gorge beneath you. Wild and boisterous. One can only imagine the enormous amounts of water that have hollowed out the mountain over the centuries. While strolling past the impressive rock faces, you’ll be amazed at all the new and breathtaking perspectives that await you along the trail.
