Hi people,
Last months I had few problems with upload where servere just "eat" my footage. After all, now this working... It is happen from time to time, but not to often with footage, but I simply CAN'T upload one After Effects project. I did upload two.... first one was about 14mb, second almost 400mb, and the first is just lost. Okey.. I've finished the second one and place it in inspection queue, but first one tried to upload many times and nothing. Tried to change archive utility.... nothing. After that, I've uploaded one video clip.... it's worked.... and again .ZIP with AE project... lost.
Anyone had same experience maybe?
Any solution?
Maybe server just don't like me :))))

I'm having similar problems, just sent a note to the team.
Have you tried looking for your lost clips in "Uploads" - "Not processed?
That's where mine were, but I've no idea why some clips don't go through when others from the same session do.

Nothing in "not processed". I've sent message to support but no response from them last few days. Maybe it's weekend or so.

Make sure that the video preview is called "preview.mov" or "preview.mp4", coded h.264 and has a res of 480x270. The preview res must be evenly dividable by two. Resolution could not be made of odd numbers(e.g: 503x240).

I am now having problems, my clips are being moved to Uploads - Not processed.

@sharp: there must be a problem with the clips. Write support and indicate the IDs of the clips from the not processed list.

I have to agree with him. This weekend there is problems with uploading. ftp2 and ftp3 accepts them. With ftp2 they worked through the que but never showed up to keyword. I re-ftp to ftp3. They still have not shown up.
P5 will fix it soon. I also sent a contact e-mail to them.
