can't get cyberduck connectionworking

Hi everybody....I can't geto to configure my cyberduck FTP connection .

I use ftp.pond5.com as server , then i use my email and password as log in but I always get an error ....I check mail and password and it works ...so ...what's the matter ?

it's not your email, but should be your username.

I'm having problem with Filezilla for last two days. Sometimes it works but fails a lot. Looks like a possible P5 ftp problem starting again. No problems with any other ftp sites.

I ve just try with username as well .....doesn't work ...other solution ?

By the way ....I made the same configuration with shutterstock and it worked fine

Did you use your pond5 password or did you put ftp password? (you need to create ftp password in upload page and press enter or click send button) Shutterstock is different.

@albylizhard - If you are a Mac User try Fetch for FTP here at P5. I've never had success with Cyberduck here, and oddly enough, Fetch has never worked at SS LOL!

You might also try the HTTP upload - 99% uptime / success for me. I now prefer it to FTP

So...there's any video or tutorial about how upload Pond5 files in Cyberdunk ?

I mean ....do I need just drag and drop inside Cyberduck / Pond 5 folder ? Files and release model goes in the same folder ?

Shutterstock has a specific folder for model release .
