Stephanie Phillips is a singer-songwriter-guitarist from West Chester, PA.  She has had a long career in music, performing all over the United States, but primarily in New York City clubs. She opened for Emmylou Harris in the 1990's and has four albums, three of which are released and available for streaming or purchase.
