Toby Tune has been writing music forever. He formed the group THE H.T.3 and had a hit single “Cool Breeze”. A few years later, he was in Minneapolis’ BLUE SANDELWOOD SOAP. They mellowed out their audiences with 40 original songs in strange meters and time signatures.
