Margaret is a classically trained cellist from Derby, Kansas where she frequently broke orchestra etiquette by rocking out instead. Now she rocks out by simultaneously singing and playing cello. Margaret draws inspiration from her activism around the climate crisis, performing at Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal event and recording with musician-activist Madame Gandhi.
