Sales Frequency

I just want to check up on other folks how well they are doing on this platform...
Last month I sold 3 videos and this month is 0 so far!!

Not great, two sales in 2 months. :(

it all depends on how large your port is and the kind of footages you produce...setting low price as you see doens't help you to have more sales....

Yeah I agree with Sebolla somehow. But also setting low price could help sometimes. Depends what market you're targetting. I don't know how good my portfolio is... But I am trying to enlarge it as fast as I could and hopefully will be getting few sales within the upcoming weeks.

hamza if a person wants to target low price buyers it's better to submit on unlimited subscription model based agencies...at pond5 even if you set the lowest price 25/50$ you can't compete with unlimited subscription model...from my experience i can say that low prices doesn't make you earn more...

And what is ideal price?

try posting your videos with a watermark on youtube with a link to your item. Also, add your own referral link to the original link. It looks like this:

thats a brilliant idea albert as for the other agencies you have to remember that here you are getting real money even with one sale/i have a portfolio under 100 vids and recently i had a sale and the price was good.if i uploaded in AB i i d get cents and i dont want to talk about shutterstock
this platform is ideal for video .if you cant sell try to find and other similar video platoforms.Its only when i create a timelapse and it iurns out to be really good then sorry but i dont want to give it for 24 c its a joke no matter how you look at it

I have found that what sells doesn't correlate to what is viewed the most. I have one clip of a doctor examining a patient's abdomen that has been viewed 369 times and hasn't sold once. I sold another clip that was viewed once and then sold.
One of my clips has sold 8 times. Just trying to correlate the number of times certain clips have been viewed, and which clips have sold more to figure out what I should be concentrating on as I continue shooting new clips.
