Error when uploading Video

I wanted to know if there is an issue with uploads currently. I have made multiple attempts to upload and they keep failing. I have read that the max file size for 4K is 5GB and the files are 4.59GB and 3.47GB. I am using the website to upload and not ftp. The status bar goes up to 100% then it states it fails. I tried to ftp using filezilla but when making a connection via ftp it tells me that it is unable to overwrite files as if the files exist. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same issue the other day. I used another PC at work with very fast internet and it worked, even though the PC I have at home has stable internet. Strange.

Same here, I'm trying to upload some video footage today via the browser and it shows error whenever the upload reaches 100 %.
My Internet is fairly fast and very stable.
I'll have to try FTP this time... But if it doesn't work either, as you say, we'll have to wait until they fix this.

Update: Removing an accent on a letter seemed to solve the issue!...

I had to update adobe plugin and got it to work last time. Now as soon as I go to upload it immediately states
"Error - Something went wrong, please try again.
You can alternatively try uploading using FTP."

I did try ftp and it seemed liked it worked but the file has been stuck in "Processing" for days. I upload to several sites and really only have problem with pond 5. This file I am uploading is PhotoJpeg and is 4K with a file size of 2.05gb any clue to what could be going wrong.

and when I try to upload via FTP, there is another problem!
My upload file keep "repeating" over and over again. I upload only 1 file but sometime it shows that I upload 10 times! (this happens for me for over a month now)

There sure are issues to be fix here.

There are a couple other threads with more information. Read the rest of the forum and you might get the answer you need. Yes, many of us have had problems for the last month.

cant upload for 3 days now. Pond suggested to me to try different browser which i had tried of course before contacting them. i gathered from their reply that i was the only one with this issue. i see here that i am not....this is costly for everyone...my files crash after a few seconds of uplading. been uploading for 4 years always with same browser...uploading from my pc for 2 years...i don't get it but someone needs to look into this onthe technical side. ????

I'm trying to upload music and all are failing.. maybe a site wide issue right now?

I was using Crossftp and had issues.
I'm using Filezilla right now and everything is uploading and I'm able to see them to keyword.
