Recorded using multiple contact microphones (a stereo pair as well as a monophonic geophone) these recordings capture the movement of vehicles over a traffic bridge; the selection of these microphones negates the issues that commonly accompany such site recording (urban noise, wind, wildlife, etc.) and allow for a focused recording that is perfect for layering with other sound design elements. Prominent low frequency energy is captured by the geophone and may be filtered out as preferred. Multiple file versions are available.
