DRONE REGULATIONS

ironstrike 25 Nov 2015 01:27
The other day I saw a mini drone in Kroger for 30 dollars, it was with toys because of Christmas. I dont know, if drones get that easy to buy seems like the FAA couldn't do much if it wanted to.

@cinecameratv You don't need to send that crap to me for approval as I see enough BS daily.

@ironstrike It's amazing where they are being sold there even sold at airport of all places. This whole idea of drone registration is nothing more then a kneejerk reaction to a very few idiots flying near airports that they have never been able to catch. As I have said between DOT and FAA they are fighting a firestorm with a garden hose.

I'm looking at buying one of these, and have also been reading about getting a 'license' to fly. Seems if you do it as a hobby you don't need any sort of license under 300 feet. Anyone get a license yet?

Anyone in Germany, or familiar with German laws, know what the rules are for flying 'drones' in the country?

"registering will be free for the first 30 days"

¿Is pilot license still required for commercial photography? I see that fines go up to $25,000.
