Ideas At Work video is a small production house that has relocated from Zimbabwe to California. While on production in Zimbabwe, we had the wonderful experience of filming the extraordinary wildlife and scenic bushveld of that country. Now we have landed in another beautiful part of the world - Northern California, full of beaches, hills and agriculture. We love the new experience of being near the ocean and the redwoods with their ever changing views. We want to capture this new land and it…

Coast
The beach is not just for long walks. It's where penguins build their nests in Cape Town, or Turkey Vultures scavenge for sea birds, seals and even deer in Northern Califronia! There are old boats, new kite surfers, tumble weeds and little kite flyers.
Agriculture
Living in Northern California, home of ranching and wine cultivation, we love to capture the wonderful diversity of agriculture in the area, including cattle, sheep, turkeys, olive pressing, lavender and a farm cat on the prowl. We also have some tea growing scenes from Zimbabwe.
After the Fire
After any devastating fire, rebuilding begins, starting with picking through the ashes, clean up and excavation.
Wood Millng and Wood Working
Some close up shots of a top table maker working, Including planing, drilling, dowelling, scraping, wood bending, sawing and sweeping up the sawdust, plus close up shots of wood being milled. The artist's studio is just up the road so we can always film more for you if you need clips.
