Görkem Meşeci was born in Istanbul in 1996. He became interested in cinema thanks to the movie Taxi 1, which he watched when he was 9-10 years old. During high school, he wrote small sketches and wrote cinema articles for the school magazine. Görkem Meşeci, who graduated from Bahçeşehir University, from the Cinema-Television Department, directed two short films.Themis(2018) and Purple (2020) these films were screened in various festivals.
