Mike Caral is a composer and producer of instrumental music that incorporates many influences. He has played in an eclectic range of R&B, rock, jazz, blues, experimental and singer-songwriter bands and projects. In 2021, he was awarded 5th prize in the 2021 Indie Gathering International Festival Film Scoring Competition for his score of a contest-provided video. He also received Honorable Mentions in the 2020 and 2021 Horror Hotel Film Festival Scoring Competitions.
