Born in the mid-west on the sixth of July (two days late), one of twelve children and the daughter of a Lutheran minister, Vicki was exposed to music from her infancy. As a young girl, she formed a quartet with her three best friends. Since she was the one who studied piano, she created the harmony for the group.
