I started as a singer in the early 1980s performing pop and jazz music for the most part. At a local competition in 1986 I won a prize for the best acoustic song as a composer and lyrics writer – a studio recording of the same song. At the end of 1980s I got a master’s degree in physics, which included technical knowledge, crucial for understanding recording, mixing and mastering.
