In V2 if you go to the profile page and click on collections you only see 25 of the collections and not all of them
I have 58 collections (as of now) but cannot see them all in my profile https://www.pond5.com/artist/TheEngineer#1/1tb1
If I click on the number of collections inmy profile it does show all the collections:

Hey, good catch!
I've put this in our system to be looked at and will let you know if we end up implementing it!
Thanks, as always!

It depnds how you check it!
Click on your name to bring up your profile.
In the profile you can click on the number next to collections - that is correct.
If you scroll down below your profile and select the tab that says "All Collections" it only shows 25 (if you have more than 25).

Is that clips or collections?

I am also having a hard time understanding how a customer would access an entire collection, instead of only seeing the oldest 25 clips in each collection. The only way I have found to do this is to go to All Collections from the profile page, and roll over one of the thumbnail images within the small grid for a specific collection, and then click on the collection name at the bottom of the video thumbnail. This is not intuitive at all.
I'm wondering if the functionality is different on some browsers. I'm on on Safari 5.1.9.
It seems to also make sense that if you click on a collection name (instead of All Collections) from the profile page, that it would display the entire collection instead of only the oldest 25 in the collection. From here, there seems to be no way of accessing the entire collections, leaving the (prospective) customer thinking that there are only 25 clips in that collection (which most of mine displayed are 4 years old). At the very least, it would make sense to display the newest 25 clips instead of the oldest. I think for most of us, our oldest footage is our lowest quality footage, but those are the only clips easily accessible from the collections links on the profile page.
It would seem best to me that once you click on All Collections or a specific collection name from the profile page, you could click on the title of the collection and it would display the entire collection, in order of newest to oldest, or most downloaded.
Does that make sense? Are other seeing what I am, or is it maybe an issue when using the site with Safari?

Hey EdgeofReason, are you on V1 or V2 of the site? I think on V1 the default was to show 25 clips, and then click to the next page. I'm using V2 on Chrome and I'm looking at collections right now and I can see all 100+ clips in this particular collection with the infinite scroll.

Hi Ryan,
As far as I know, I'm using V2 of the site. Is there an easy way to tell? I don't even get an option to go to a next page...
You can see a screen capture here:

It is encouraging to hear that this sounds like probably a somewhat isolated bug, and not by design. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks!

You can tell by looking at the top bar. If it says "My Pond" it's V1, if it says your username it's V2. It looks like you're on V2.
The screenshot definitely helps. This seems to be a fix that we can put in our system and a feature request you should put in our feedback section. I've put it in our system, but please add it here so that others can see and vote on what they want to see implemented!
