Clips uploaded at same time

Not showing up in site search for "Salmon dying"

When I type it in I get 6 clips and it's still not one of them. Thank you, I don't understand still

so what's the problem, clips not being index by the search?

The clips seem to show up for other people but I've tried two servers and when using the key words of either salmon or dying salmon some of them don't come up for me. I just don't understand how I can upload a whole group of clips and some don't search.

Hey Slimm, I'm not seeing the clip either and I've sent this on to our dev team to look into it. Thanks for sending me this, I'll have something for you soon.

I updated some words in the DESCRIPTION field of some files, but the database was not updated. I mean the words were updated, but not found by the search engine. Same with SevArt.

If you update your description you need to wait few hours, even a day or two until database is updated.

BTW, I'm glad that my "4K" word is not found by the search engine because my only intention is to let the customers know what can find from my library in 4K and HD format.
If a clip is in 4K format I have the "4K" term in keywords so that will appear in "4K" search.
If a clip is in HD format I just let the customer know in description there is a possible 4K version.
