I suggest you contact Support. My payday was also delayed. I contacted Support and they advised me that they experiencing difficulties, but they resolved my issue within the hour and I received my funds.

Support told me to wait until... tomorrow. That makes it the 18th of Dec. I know 15th was on Sunday, but I hoped they will make payments on the 16th so we get our money on the 17th. Unfortunately this issue keeps repeating too often. Hope they will sort it out.

Did you got your payment? I have not got mine yet(moneybookers). Support is not responding anymore.

I too am having similar problems. On my Pond5 Financials page it says there was a payout on 15th, but the money still is not in my Moneybookers account. Contacted support 3 days ago. They told me to wait for 24 hours. 72 hours later and money still has not showed up. Support has not responded to my last 3 messages yet. I will keep you updated on this issue.

The problem is that tomorrrow is the last day before holidays. If we do not get our payments today we will have to wait until January 2014 to get them because of holidays.

Interesting. Both ionescu and hooverphonic use Moneybookers. Is this the case for you too, HDVMaster? I use PayPal and got paid. The problem could be the specific interface with Moneybookers.

Even if Moneybookers has problems, it's only with Pond5. In the last four days I had several incoming transactions from other stock agencies. Btw, support still has not responded to my tickets and I even tried calling Pond5 office in NY. Every single time my call was directed to a recording saying to leave a voice message. Nobody's at Pond5 office today?
