Pond 5 changed prices on my photos?

I uploaded over 100 photos back in 2013 and listed them for 1.00 each (better then I get at other microstock sites). Today I recieved this and email stating
"Due to a recent bug in our system, it appears that some of your clips/uploads were accepted at a price below our minimum price"
They then adjusted the price on all my images from 1.00 to 5.00. Back in 2013, when I uploaded the images, the minimum price was 1.00. I chose that price so in a price search, my images would show up when someone chose to search by the lowest price. Now, however, the images showing are images listed still listed for below 5.00.
Anyone else have this happening?

Some people that have had videos below the minimum have received the same email.
I'm glad they are doing this.

When you will sell them for 1$ each you can also give them for free! Don't know what's your goal with such prices?

It's about time. When minimum are increased everyone's files that are effected should be put at or above the minimum. Not sure why anyone professional would want to be known as the low price seller. Artists have been asking for all products that had been priced below the current minimums to be adjusted. We can only hope the minimums continue to increase and thus everyone will increase their profits. On the footage side many volume sellers have tried lower prices, those who make the most profit have significantly increased their prices well above minimums. Good luck.

I got the same e-mail about some SD footage that I had uploaded when I first joined the site (and had long forgotten about). Minimum price for SD footage was 5$, and they auto bumped them up to 10 which I'm totally fine with. (although they're mostly junk and will never sell)

when I first joined pond5 many of my clips were SD, and SD clips represented 25% of my sales.
I would make SD and HD clips and associate them together, and people could choose to spend $5 for the SD clip or $10 for the HD and they always chose the cheaper SD clip, even though both pricing options were on the same page.
then one day, I think it was march or may of 2013, all SD sales suddenly came to a grinding halt, and my research indicated that they changed their search algorithm to penalize SD formatted videos, because I noticed that my SD clips suddenly dropped to the bottom of the search results in my own profile.
just an FYI I did some calculations that showed it takes about 3 days for my clip sales to pay for things like monthly hosting, bandwidth, and stuff like that.

these price changes are going to hurt the people who have been members the longest, such as people who are selling HD videos for less than $10, in terms of fewer sales. I am assuming they were affected by the change to, even though it was before I joined.

stuff like that... :
Studio cost, camera cost, car, labor, parking cost really $0.

It's not the number of sales that count, only the bottom line counts.
