My clip is SOLD by another artist on Pond5!

My clip was downloaded from a different source and now is sold by another artist here on Pond5. I have all original files (we did it in 2010 - and i's a pretty unique look and concept so hard to miss or argue that it was stolen) and this artist uploaded it on Pond5 in 2012. I noticed the theft when trying to keyword it on Pond5. It's a first for me and have no idea how to report this. I flagged it for now.
Anyone having this problem? If so, how can it be solved?
Thank you

I had a similar issue on another agency, but never here (that I know of). With 3+ million clips out there, I'm sure this happens more often than we know.

Contact Pond5 immediately - there is a https://www.pond5.com/index.php?page=contact_us link at the bottom of the page. I also had this issue, but intelligent Pond5 upload system spotted this and I received mail from sysop asking if this is my clip.
I understand that you are 100% that your clip was stolen. Can you post the artist name? May other P5 artist will find their clips in that collection too?

Happened to me before too here a couple of years ago - P5 were very quick in removing the files and zapping the thief. Good luck chasing this up.

Pat, a collection is only a collection and your clip in this one is only one chance more to sell for you.
But i don't understand why somebody has a collection without own clips.

ad3000, can you bring a prooflink, please?
If it is not mistake community should know the name of its "hero".

A user that has a collection, but with no clips of their own is probably a buyer who made a collection to show a client, or to "hold" clips for possible future purchase.

Thanks OD and Stefan...
