FTP is down?

Started to get "Error: GnuTLS error -110: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated."

Anyone having the same experience?

Surely, I have already tried to reset (to set another one through the web interface) the password. No result. Getting the same error.

Pond5, please fix this.

Tried uploading via FTP a few days ago, had failures, so tried the web uploader, which, surprisingly, worked well. IN fact I suspect they rebooted the Uploader (thanks!!!!) and I actually had it successfully transfer a nice handful of files simultaneously the other night (never worked before) with only one fail.

Also noted that several times a failure processing notice would disappear and the clip would show up. I think they are working on the whole system to make it better. This is a great thing.

The time to be in queued for processing seemed to take a long time (12 hours in some cases!) but the clip I just uploaded was uploaded in 1 hour, then processed the next. I'm taggin it now. I can work like this. (My upload speed is now 3-4 Mb/s)

So I suspect recent FTP problems are because the mechanic is under the hood.

FTP failures here as well.

Seems when a feature (websize) is implemented, something else breaks.

Damn ... I spoke too soon. "Error - something went wrong ... please try again or you can fail trying FTP" (and later, of course "If you're still frustrated by trying to upload a file over and over again, contact us"

Funny it doesn't know what went wrong. Also funny that it gets all the way to 100% before failing. Must be the anti dupe 'bot. They really should kill that thing.

Stupid robot. I really had high hopes they fixed it.

For the third act, I will RENAME the damn file, and upload it again, and it will be fine. What a waste.

Nope. Maybe the uploader is broken now too? Trying a 4th time.
