Your take on an EAS alert needs a bigger message that is easier to read. The text moves by so quickly that older people will have a harder time to read and comprehend what they are seeing. The other visual elements are not necessary. Only the message for something like this.

If you look on top of the dam, you will see light poles. This will give you a perspective of how huge is the water flow.

wayveroll, click the "clip" button below the box where you type a reply, put in the clip number and select number 3 for the larger video.

Collage's seem to sell well. Of course you have to sell them at a higher price than single clips.
