Thanks JordanWalker - the fishies were shot with GoPro Hero3+ Black, using an Eye of Mine enclosure so I could monitor, and the hummingbird is Sony FS700 at 240 fps. This next clip which I think is not great but has a neat dynamic was with the Sony AX100:
