You know what would really be cool,,,, a tractor/backhoe/helicopter

Mines kind of a stretch, maybe.

I see Jake has 774 clips! uhoh
your ahead of me Jake! I need to "get my butt in gear" as Scott would say.

Yeah Mark. I have 15 videos ready to be keyworded and another 30 or so that I need to upload.

Dang slow down Jake, you're already selling too many that could have been my sales ;). Heck not really your people shots are terrific. Lately I've been shooting construction of my home. The maple trees on the mountain are starting to turn red and last week there was snow down the top 1,500 feet of the mountain. Autumn is here. My home building clips have keyword "Fountain Green". Looks like it brings some other clips up but ya'll can see which ones are mine.

Cool clips Don, I like the fast motion clips of the excavator.
I bet you're glad to not be in Texas right now with this hurricane.
Looks bad for Galveston area. They just called for a madatory evacuation of the entire island.

Delores and I decided to stay, we had enough of evacuations during Katrina.
We'll get about 80 mile winds on its current track in Houston. So not too bad, been through worse.
But I may be offline for a while after Saturday's landfall.

The race is on Jake,,,, first one to 1000 clips wins!

*Drum playing* BUMM BUMMM BUMM

FYI I think strong winds and hurricane footage would make for very useful stock footage.

You have a deal Mark.
And yes, one of the reasons for staying was to get some wind blowing footage.
Of course I'll be kicking myself in the ass if something happens here. Anyway, I've made dumber decisions in my life.

Jake - be safe! We had a nasty storm come through Tucson last night, high winds, pounding rain, dust storm and tons of powerful sheet lightning. I was tempted to take out the truck and use my window mount cam and just drive around - but when I saw how flooded things were I was glad I didn't. So I shot a bunch of nice stills of such cool sheet lightning out of my kitchen sliding door instead. Those shots came out awsome! I will post them or make some vid out of them soon and put them on Youtube.. I figure at the very least use them for that purpose and promote P5 in yet another vid. In any case, good luck and stay safe!

I can see Jake, standing knee deep in water, wind blowing and pieces of building and sheet metal flying flying by and him with a microphone acting like one of the stupid (no not you Jake) TV reporters. Beats me why they always have to stand in the water and show how difficult it is to stand in the wind. I guess they want to be hero's when a piece of sheet metal takes their head off in front of a camera.
Be safe

Galveston island is getting the hell beat out of them and the storm is still 6 hours from land fall.

Mark, until my power goes out, I'm working on my videos. I'm gonna win this one..... The gauntlet is thrown....

Great link Jake. Yup one was a reported standing in the water knee deep, 15 feet away from a dry road, not even any rain, wind or waves in his report. Yup stupid people, stand in still water and it looks more dramatic (stupid people), nothing dramatic about where he was.
