Scam email?

Hey folks - This was a mistake on our end, and you can safely ignore this email.

The only people who should have gotten this email are folks with unverified accounts. Unfortunately due to a technical error, it went out to some artists who *are* verified, and even some buyers.

Sort and sweet: If this is the first time you've received an email like this, please ignore it. It was sent to you by mistake and the verification link will most likely not work.

Same here but my ID on Pond5 has been approved...

It's hard to ignore when it is threatening account suspension within 24 hours. You guys really need to reconsider sending these kinds of emails at all!

I received the same email, but my identification page shows that my ID has been approved, does that mean its okay?

Since the email that was sent a few months ago i have never received any notice of approval although i provided pond5 with the things they asked of me (facebook,youtubr,vimeo etc).

P.S Last year or so i had provided my real id and they were accepted so i am talking about the social media and other stuff that was asked of me a couple of months ago.

So what does that mean,am i approved or not?
