Over one week already with errors via uploader and uploads fail every time.

We sincerely apologise for the uploading issues that we have been experiencing over the past few days. Our technology team has resolved the upload issue, so please feel free to start uploading again. Apologies for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Just tested and works fine.

Just tried to upload a bunch of videos, all failed. No accents or weird symbols this time...
So browser uploading fails... But many people say FTP isn't working, either. What's going on?

I uploaded 5 video clips a few days ago and it says that they are all still "Processing"...usually how long does the processing take?

Thanks!

I think I discovered something more.

I think the problem was the files were being used by another process as they were uploaded to Pond5, thus giving the error. Like FTP to Shutterstock, some files said “Changing permission” or something in the FTP client.

If I upload first to one site, then the other, it seems to work better.

I'm sorry, Isabel, but your upload issues are not fixed - at least in my case. Everything I've tried to upload in the last three days (multiple tries) using both your web site and FTP have failed. Every file now has a bright red "processing failed" message.

Has anybody been having problems uploading? I haven't been able to upload anything in over a week. FTP says it was a successful transfer, P5 upload window says "processing" followed by an error message saying "Processing failed". Anyone else seeing this or am I just the lucky one? Browser upload doesn't work any better!

Quick follow up - I got an email from Greg at P5 and he suggested clicking on the red "X" next to the "Processing Failed" error message to cancel the error message and then try re-uploading. When I clicked off the failure message the uploaded clip magically appeared without even having to upload it again. He indicated that the "Processing Failed" message was added so that the clip wouldn't have just seemed to disappear. In my case, at least, the clip really was there - it was just hiding behind an error message.

It is a couple of weeks or more that every uploaded clip writes "Processing Failed". When I press the "X" the clip disappears.
