Good point Rob,
Thanks for your comments, I'll keep experimenting with it.
Can anyone recommend any other editing programs, other than the one I'm using which is Camtasia Studio? Some of the features do seem a bit limited.
Many Thanks
Allan

Just an idea, don't just use each clip in its entirety each time.
Example: the underground train when it comes to outside and you have the white light - cut to the mountains or that speeding along the ground clip.
Also try not to go back and forth i.e. underground when this is done, don't go back to it. When outside, stay outside etc

re. 'other editing programs'.
I'm a big fan of Sony Vegas Pro. I find it very intuitive - and it has lots of effects.
i use it for all my video work.

Nice start, like it!
Apart from using a bit more clips, a great way to get ideas is watching professionally done music videos of that style (those that people grab from MTV or wherever and upload to video websites - though they shouldn´t but that´s not your problem :-) and taking notes of the techniques (filters, transitions, working with time lapse and slow motion etc.) they use and to witch extent.
Cheers,
Stefan
