Happy New Year to you all!
So, here we are in 2012 and there is no visible end of the world. It's quite quiet, nobody on the streets, shops are closed, no UFOs. I better switch the channel.

Not 2012 here yet. Still 3 hours, 14 minutes to go...
Hoping the aurora shows up (it's clear and cold tonight, - 0.4 F)) and the neighbors didn't forget the fireworks (the show out here is amazing especially over the snow, and it sounds like there's a war down in Homer - all those Alaskans and their guns and explosives!!)
I think my last act of 2012 will be to make some epic sushi and render out a few clips from the sequence I shot yesterday of Michele and myself snowshoeing out to the road to go to town...
