Tags in different language

Does it make sense if i tag my videos also in german if i want that they'll be found if somebody searches with a german word in Google Videos?

Remember that you have 25 keywords maximum. It may be good to put a few great German words and not so many poor English words, it won't hurt at all.

If it's something like the German name of a city or place, then I'd probably add that. Otherwise... No.

But of course Don is right. Any good German keyword is better than an English spamword.

Thanks, as it seems google doesn't translate by itself. Looking for a sold clip with the english keyword gives a quick result, with the german keyword nothing.
I think 25 tags are more than enough, so it can't be a failure to add some major tags in my own language.

Our algorithm doesn't take language into account or translate, so put your keywords in whatever language you like. English will most likely give you maximum sales, but by all means add words in another language if you think your clips may have a market in non-English speaking countries.
