Advice for a Short Trip

I'm excited to go to California to see my family, work a bit at the studio, and go on the 12th Annual Mt. Shasta Snow Trip (Google THAT if you are curious and like adventure)

I'm hot to trot at the stock footage acquisition, but I will really have very little time to spend specifically for it - and I don't want to mess this up!

Getting my vehicle at Mariposa, and going to Sonoma County, and will have chances to get traffic, accidents, pollution, cities, migrant workers, orchards, then recording studio, redwoods, highway workers, etc....

I have tons of releases, because I hope to need them.

I have a Glidecam rig and vest, 160 GB drive in my PIX220, tripod, long LANC and HDMI cable for vehicle mount, 20 tapes for starters, and various and sundry "stuff", including 1.3 TB in portable drives that I can record straight to.

Any suggestions? How might I look at things to get the shots that might be most useful or interesting that will not fall into saturated categories? I'm starved for cosmopolitan and people shots, obviously....but I don't want to blow the chance for getting something not everyone gets.

I'm VERY open to suggestions from buyers and sellers alike!
