Pending Review

Hi there,

I'm sure this has probably been asked a thousand times. But seeing as I'm new to posting video up here I thought I'd ask!

I uploaded a series of videos over a week ago now. I've titled and tagged them, etc. But they've been 'Pending Review' for ages!

What's the normal lag time? In my experience with audio on Pond5 it is usually really quick.

Start worrying when it's more than a month!
Let's say it can be 2/3 weeks. Many years ago was 2/3 days, but that was another microstock age. Good times have changed.

Sorry - another question!

Once approved does it take a while for the clips to be included in the database for search. I can't seem to find any of my newly approved clips when I search for them.

Yeah, it takes between 24-48 hours before new submissions go live in the search engine.
