Release forms for Audio

Do we use the same Model Release form for Audio that we do for Video/Stills?

It not works - on audio file page still stays that there's no release attached after adding one

So Pond5 is not requiring releases for voices on Audio?

I have attached model releases for my songs with vocals from uploads page.

Okay thanks... I just wish Pond5 would bother responding. But I'm sure it would interrupt a pleasant and well deserved nap.
