Sagemax/Lifetime Service Center Quality?

I'm having problems I should not have. Especially after having sent my camera in 2 times after the initial time - for a total of three.
Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with Lifetime Service Center?
Sagemax seems to be a tight ship, but the service center leaves me feeling queasy.
