Popular Media shows primarily photos

A few months ago I cancelled my exclusive photo contract with a non-sustainable photo agency, pulled all of my photos from there, and submitted them to Pond5. I thought it might be a small supplement to the significant video income I receive here.

With the Pond5 re-design, when someone visits my Profile page, the default "Popular Media" thumbnails show 99% photos, making it difficult and confusing for a user to navigate to my videos, if they are even aware that I have any. Is there any way to have only videos show on my "Popular Media" page, and not show the photos on this page? Why would the system think my photos are more popular than my videos?

Indeed, footage is still far more important. We really need two frames, one with footage and the other with photos ... suggestion.

So was this fixed? What is the best way for artists to make this fix, if you indeed know the way to do it?

For a while after my original post, my Popular Media section showed only Videos. Now, unfortunately once again, my Popular Media section is showing primarily photos. There really needs to be a permanent fix to this. It is not right that our photos convolute our video portfolios, thus resulting in fewer video sales.

Please, Pond5, on the Profile page, add a button for different types of media so it is easy to separate them!
