month or more in review normal here?

New here. Decided to try out P5 by uploading a few clips after seeing them at SXSW. I've got one that's over a month in review and a couple others approaching a month. Is this the norm? The guy at the booth said it's usually no more than a week.

It has been the norm. But at NAB they said they are going to make it much less.

Unfortunately it hasn't been a week for over a year or more. We all look forward to quicker reviews as was once the standard. P5 is the best sales and was at one time the fastest review. Like Jake said, at the NAB they said they are hiring more curators and are working on ways to speed up the review process.

And yet, if you search for all videos and sort by date uploaded to show most recent at the top, you will see an entire page of clips that have been both uploaded and approved in the last week. Not sure how that happens.

Here is one example.

If you upload clips every day and they approve all the clips at once then old and recent all have there original upload date.

Some where else I just got 25 clips reviewed in less than 2 hours today.

Phooey! They said they were gonna speed things up LAST year. Still hoping someone listens and allows us to submit smaller batches instead of "reviewing" them all at once, which would allow us to have a smoother stream of additions instead of clumps.

Been 5 weeks now still not approved. Kind of peed off that clips being uploaded on 10 April by other users have been approved already and mine is still pending. Sort it out P5.

I agree that clip review is pretty slow, but I'd rather have slow review times and greater overall sales, than faster review times and far less sales, which seems to be my experience with the other sites.

Problem is the "other" site gets the footage online a month faster and sales have increased very well. P5 still gets the upload before any other site but is third to have them available for sale.
