Deleting my account.

Hi, I'm trying to find out how to delete my Pond5 account and collect the remaining sales money I have (which is under the threshold). I emailed Pond5 a week ago but got no response. I've deleted all my tracks but I'd like to collect the money owed to me and delete me account as well.
