Log In Issues?

Anyone else having log in issues here? I can't seem to log into my account on another computer, browser, or phone. My laptop is currently logged in, so as long as that doesn't get logged out, I'm fine for now.
Seems that when I try to log into a new session on another device, nothing happens when I click the black LOG IN button on the popup login window.
Did Pond5 implement some sort of "you can't log in elsewhere when logged in somewhere else" policy?

Currently logged in on this computer, after your message, tried my phone and yes, it's the same account. It's working.

Thanks. I tried Safari, Edge, and a fresh install of the DuckDuckGo browser and all just do nothing when I click LOG IN.

Just logged in on Chrome on my other computer. I'll try my non-Ex account in case that has anything at all to do with it.

Here's a screen recording of my issue. This was recorded on a Macbook Pro with the latest OS updates and a fresh install of the DuckDuckGo browser.
As you can see, clicking LOG IN does nothing. Doesn't matter what browser or computer I use. The result is the same. Nothing happens. Even with Safari on my iPhone.

That's weird, alright. Would these all be under the same IP? (in my case, my mobile is using my satellite internet). If so, try a VPN or mobile network?

Good point, and I thought of that, so on my phone I turned off wifi and tried just on cellular, so that would be a new IP address.
Same result.
Nothing is new on my end. This just started happening to me, so I'm thinking some little thing was changed on Pond5 that's affecting probably a small set of users. Maybe it'll work itself out.
I'm good so long as my laptop stays logged in. If it happens to get logged out, I'd be in trouble.

>> UPDATE <<
I figured it out. I did a "forgot password" and changed my password and it now works.
But why would that matter?
I think Pond5 didn't like my old password. It started with an exclamation point. (it doesn't anymore, so don't get any ideas). My new password without a starting "exclamation point" works fine.
Try it yourself. Try to log in with any userid, or even your own, and instead of your password, type one with starting with an exclamation point. Instead of getting a "wrong password" error, the box will just sit there like it did to me.
Pond5 should fix this. If they don't want passwords with an exclamation point in the front, they should test for that when choosing your password.
What if this happens to a customer? They might just go elsewhere.
PLUS, you can't post a message here in the forums if somewhere in the body of the message you put an exclamation point surrounded by quotation marks. Pond5 doesn't really like the exclamation point.
