"Preprocessing" ?

A bunch of clips I submitted overnight haven't morphed into thumbnails yet. The files are in a list above my uploads with status listed as 'Preprocessing' ... anyone else getting this?

Ya...same here. I e-mailed Marcus, no word if it is an issue or not.

another similar thread has been moving for about a week. you would think somebody might give the contributors a heads up on what is going on.

Must be a glitch with the servers. I uploaded several files overnight, and they were nowhere to be found. I just found them by searching my uploads for "not processed" clips (instead of searching for "offline" or "write info"), and there's the complete list of 'em, all with a Pstatus of "5" and a Status of "11," whatever that means.

Sorry about that. I changed some db-settings and forgot to restart a server program. It's up now and chewing through a queue.
