How on earth did they let you keep the music in that clip? You may run into lots of problems if you sell that clip.

I'm starting recently try to sell my images, and this kind of feedback is very important to me.
I know that the specific music have copyrights, but in this case it was the sound that was on the street mixed with all the ambient noises (steps, water, voices).
I thought that in this case, it was ok. But I will take your advise and try to remove the sound!

Minimum include a note "No audio-release available"!
For security ask the curator what he thinks or use the "Contact Us" for this case.
In this clip the music can be replaced with several other songs, but in other clips where you shoot for example holiday street scenes with any dancing and / or cultural music which can't be replaced you should be safe when you add the note "No audio-release available, maybe for editorial use only"!
