How to find who and where your footage is being used

Great thing about Alamy is they imbed data that is traceable. Several times a year they notify me that they have discovered one of my photos that were used from Alamy but never paid for. They track, find and then pursue payment for the unauthorized use. This way they follow how and where all photos are used.

I'm anxiously waiting for technology for video/audio that is similar to what tineye.com is for photos. On tineye.com, you upload a photo (or a web page link containing the photo), and the site crawls the web. It's good for hours of ego-boosting fun if you've ever sold photos through a microstock site.

nice idea JohnLRice. photos are somewhat able to be searched for but I'd love to see where some of my music has ended up - pure curiosity
