What are you doing to sell?

This is me :

Just re-named 178 tracks to more descriptive titles.

Going to add 10 more tags to each track as suggested on another post.

Promoting my portfolio via any social network I can find - Twitter and facebook all the time and various forums.

I'm starting to get some useful info regarding times to post, keywords to hashtag, people to poke etc...

Befriending relevant twitter contacts and facebook contacts with similar production goals.

It's time consuming but at present it's probably bringing my portfolio around 100 views a day and growing.

Has anyone else any ideas to add?

With only 178 files the likelihood of any real sales is slim. Keep uploading is the only real answer to your question. You are competing against millions of choices here and elsewhere. Good luck.

I haven't got anything to add but it seems to me you are doing lots of good stuff and I hope it brings good results for you.

To rebut what Rekindle said, I don't think 178 tracks is a small number. I'm not sure why people think you can't get good sales unless you have 500 or 1000 files in your portfolio. Focus on quality rather than quantity. Not sure if anyone noticed, but there's plenty of the latter around here. Keep doing what you're doing, Woodmill. That's my $0.02.

whatever you do, just don't give up. some solutions will arise.
i know there was some guy here, the one with "clouds"-titled track,
that made a loooot of sales and had at some point less than 100 clips.
so both solutions work (concentrating on quality, or, the other, on quantity).
