DCI 4K Aspect Ratio

Time to include DCI 4K aspect ration in the data entry form. Many high quality camera now shoot this. Buyers should now what they are getting.

Yeah ... it's a great aspect, methinks.

Should not the system recognize it automatically (like all (4 that I know of) the other agencies that managed to figure it out)

Here the system can't even auto determine if there is sound attached. Yes it seems like auto ratio, auto sound, auto fps even auto camera should be a simple programming fix to enhance the seller and buyer experience.

hummm, no communication on this issue from P5. On the data input when uploading DCI 4K there is no ratio that matches, you have to use "other". Does "other" scare buyers away since it's unknown?

Sure would also like to hear on their feeling if UHD versus DCI. Different ratio format. UHD matches all new TV screens ration. DCI is larger. Do buyers prefer having the same format as TVs or cropping to fit is no problem or do they want the "higher quality" DCI 4K format?
