Who are the main customers for Pond5 music?

Hi all! I'm brand-new here. I'm excited to start writing music for Pond5. But, I'd like to know who the customer is, so to speak? Are the majority of the music buyers indie filmmakers? Or videographers making corporate videos? Ad people?

Steven Spielberg, maybe? ;) ;) ;)

hey Kevin i asked this question before on another forum and someone from Pond 5 gave me this answer.

"Pond5’s buyer-base cuts across all types of production: Hollywood studios, YouTube / Vimeo, advertising agencies, network/cable tv, corporate and government / non-profits. Buyers (and contributors) are international as well. Hope this helps!"

Ha! Well, that doesn't help me narrow down an "optimal customer" target, but I guess it does keep the door wide open for a wide variety of styles, so that's good I guess. :) So, maybe I'll try the shotgun approach with styles and see which gains traction.

I'm a contributor, but I also work at an ad agency. We buy Pond5 music all of the time. Pond's pricing can't be beat when it comes to national spots.

Pond5 does not want the artist to knoe who their customer is, basically they cut out legislation so they can do illegal things, like bait and switch, as is common in the music industry.
