Pond5 Search Engine is failing for 4K shooters contributors!!!

Hi all!
I'm uploading footage in 4k since some months ago.
I have 2 prices in each clip, for 1080HD and for 4K.
I just realised that if I search a clip as a costumer does, fixing a limit of money, my clips which are below that limit
does not appear in the results, because the Pond5 Search Engine is taking only the 4K prices of my clips.
Lets say that I have a clip which it costs 40$ for HD and 80$ for 4k...and the subject is "Rainbow"...If I search with the key word "Rainbow", and the limit of money 60$....my clip (which cost 40$ in HD) will not appear in the results.
I THINK THIS IS A HUGE FAIL OF POND5 AGAINST 4K SHOOTERS
PLEASE, it's possible to fix it? We were investing money in our equipments for have more incomes and
this failure of the search system seriously harms us.
I think It's not fair at all.
Hope Pond 5 fix this issue as fast they can!
Thank you!

Hummm, the search does not work perfectly.
Trying "elephants": Search Results: 19,632 clips;
Trying "elephant": Search Results: 19,632 clips;
Trying "elephan": Search Results: 19,632 clips;
Trying "elepha": Search Results: 483 clips;
Trying "eleph": Search Results: 483 clips;
Trying "elep": Search Results: 0 clips;
Trying "ele": Search Results: 75 clips, but just one elephant, where did all the others run away?

And if the buyer has HD selected and your clips is a downsized DCI 4K to 2K it doesn't show ... unless P5 fixed that flaw.

That price thing is a very big flaw and needs to be fixed quickly for the benefit of both P5 and Artist sales. No sense to game the system by uploading both HD and 4K versions of each clip.
