Taking Advantage of Your Downloads
With a Subscription, subscribers get 10 downloads a month from our special collection that includes over 5 million videos, 11 million images, 2 million music tracks, 3 million sound effects and 11k AE templates.
Unused downloads are not lost! We’ll roll over up to 100 downloads on Music or Music & SFX subscriptions and up to 120 downloads on the Footage Plus subscription. You can check your remaining downloads on your My Subscription Page.
To find the My Subscription page: Sign into your account > Hover cursor over your account avatar > Click on Dashboard > Account > Subscription
Be sure to use all your Subscription downloads before the end of your current term, so you do not lose any.
To use your Subscription downloads, filter your search results to only show the items included in your Subscription, and/or look for the "Included in Subscription" tag on the item thumbnail when you hover your mouse over it.
After you click on the thumbnail and go to the item detail page, you'll see a yellow "Download" button.
We make it easy to use your Subscription benefits directly from your cart, too! Simply click the "Download Now" button at checkout. There should be no additional charge for eligible Subscription items.
