AX100 firmware 3 update 4K @ 100mbps

Done - need a new card...hehe.

I won't, no interest to waste 2 64GB cards.

Updated and ordered a new 64GB card. With this change the system can't be fooled like before. Even though I had a fast 90mb/s sdxc that worked fine before, now it wants to see the UHS-I U3 or it won't allow 4K at 100.

Is there a menu option when you have upated to choose between the old 60mb 4k and the new 100mb 4k or
is it only 100mb 4k?

Thanks for posting this. I just updated the camera to firmware version 3 successfully.

Birkley, in the main menu you can go to 'Image quality/size', then select 'REC mode'. Here you can choose to use 100Mbps or 60Mbps.

Gladly, I already had UHS 3 cards. They seem to work well with the increased bitrate.
