Footage stuck in Pending

Footage not moving. Stuck in pending all day long.

Had about 5 up/processed yesterday no problem, but 2 clips from the day before still stuck (the prev. day had about 5 clips or so).

Support has been notified.

Angels in the jets.

Actually not in pending but in processing. Still stuck.

I just refreshed my page and one of my stuck "pending processing" clips simply disappeared. I checked again in hopes it was ready to tag, but I guess I get to upload it again. Drat. I'll assume the other one will vanish soon too.

Growing pains!

All of mine that were stuck have disappeared completely also ;(

Now the re-uploads just disappear and never show up. No where to be seen. ;(

So now they all show up as duplicates but they are not live, needs edit, pending, nor processing. So I can't even re-upload them without errors.

My other disappeared. Attempts to re-upload met with failure after twice getting to 100% (once on FTP, other web uploader) ... the Dupe Bot is running amok again ... success gained after completely renaming the file (leave no word same!) then success. Other files today uploaded nicely.

frustrating just wasted another 12 hours of bandwidth. P5 please purge all duplicate file names so we can continue. They do not show up to me anywhere. Now if I start an ftp upload and stop it I can't even delete the partial file name on the P5 server like before. It says I don't have high enough authorization.

When things work why break it. Are the programmers short of work and just bounce around in the Artist side to make changes. I guess they must need repair but we as Artists don't have problems. Sorry just frustrated at a once easy and fast work flow that is now broke, again.

We're currently "under the hood" of the uploader making some much needed improvements and that could be causing some short term odd behavior. In the very near future though we're going to deliver improvements to both speed and reliability of uploader. I know it's frustrating when things fail and we apologize. In the meantime, dev is looking into your specific, reported issues. Fixing the uploader is a top priority for us right now and we appreciate your patience.
