Canada May '23 - Helicopter fighting accidental house fire 4K clip series

May 17th 2023 a house fire erupted on Township Road 592 east of the corner of Highway 32 in Whitecourt, a small municipality 300 kilometers west of Edmonton in Alberta, Canada. No injuries were reported and occupants were absent at the time of the blaze considered suspicious. Due to its proximity to tree and it dangerous location amidst several nearby wildfires among others the Edson fire complex and the Drayton Valley fire complex, the Deep Creek fire complex and the Fox Creek fire complex. Crews battled the blaze from an aerial attack using a helicopter built with a collapsible water bucket attached at the end of a cable used to remotely activate to open the base and let water out. Deadly Buffalo Blizzard of 2022

On December 23rd 2022 a severe snow storm made landfall in Buffalo, New York, USA among numerous other cities and municipalities in north eastern North America. The winter blizzard caused heavy accumulations of snow in regions around Lake Erie and left residents of Buffalo buried in two meters of snow. A staggering death toll of over 40 people died in the city of Buffalo from storm related injuries either by being stranded in snow, in cars or in homes without power of heating. Emergency crews became victims of the elements themselves thus rendering their service inoperable such as EMS, fire and police. The army National Guard was deployed in assistance to the overwhelmed emergency personnel and established the command post seen in these images.

Dec '22 - Vaughan, Canada - Murderous rampage after condo dispute

Police responded Sunday night at 7h pm at the Bellaria Residence for reports of multiple victims having been struck by gunfire at the corner of Jane and Rutherford in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The victims have yet to be identified but the shooter is 73 year old Francesco Villi, believed to reside in the large residential complex located at 9325 Jane Street. It appears that the women and men who were killed in the unprovoked attack were in part members of the condo board committee called Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU). Information spread online suggests the gunman was in the midst of a dispute with the board of the apartment following complaints he had made. A total of 6 people died yesterday including 1 shooter that was killed by police during an armed confrontation and 5 innocent victims. Dec 8 '22 Bolton, Canada - House fire seen by drone in flight - Clip series

At 3h pm Wednesday December 8th 2022, fire broke out at an occupied dwelling before quickly spreading to a second house in Bolton, Ontario, Canada. Crews on the way to the address transmitted information to dispatch central that a large amount of smoke was visible over 1km away. Prior to arrival the incident was upgraded to a second alarm, a rare occurrence in firefighting in Canada. A large safety perimeter was established by OPP police around the structures involved on Stella Crescent in the area of Highway 50 and Queensgate Boulevard in Caledon. Aerial imagery provides a better look at how crews are able to manually advance lines between two houses on fire in an attempt to save as much exposure as possible. The house where the fire appears to have originated seem to have suffered total loss and it is unknown if any injuries occured to occupants, crews or pets. Radio communications reported that one pet bird was inside one of the affected buildings but its faith is unspecified. Heavy artillery was deployed by firefighters who used, among other things, a deck gun to extinguish the heavy fire they encountered upon arrival.
